Rajasthan has two Government colleges of Veterinary, the admission is based on the exam taken as veterinary entrance exam. There are 250 seats in the two veterinary colleges of Rajasthan. This exam provides the admission in courses as Micro-Animal Toxicology, Animal Reproduction and such others. The exam will be of two stages as “Pre-luminary” and “final”.

2. Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination pass with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
3. 10% marks are reserved for SC/ST/OBC.

Selection for the admission is done on the basis of entrance examination given by the Government College of Rajasthan. Some seats are reserved for SC/ST and those who have excellent marks in field of sports, Literature, Art and Science.

State of Assam provides the veterinary entrance exam for the admission in veterinary course in Assam. This exam is a state level. There are two government based colleges in Assam and having 225 seats.

2. Tripura, and Mizoram’s candidate can also appear in this exam since their state have no government college which can take students for the admission.

Assam VEE 2009 Selection Process:
Selection is done on the basis of the exam taken. After the exam, selected for the PI and PI decide the admission of the candidate for this course. Some seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC. Veterinary aspirants have to further give an entrance exam for attainment of master degrees in theses colleges.

Tribhuvan veterinary college in Uttar Pradesh was established in 1992. Annual entrance exam of veterinary is held for the bachelor degree in this stream for its 110 seats. It is a privately owned college of Veterinary.

Veterinary exam is a very famous exam that is held by the Vellore University. This is exam is for the admission in most famous privately owned veterinary colleges under Vellore University. There are about 150 seats of this course under Vellore University.
Vellore University VEE 2009 Eligibility

2. Must be between 17 to 23 years of age till the exam held.
3. Higher Secondary Examination pass with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

Vellore University VEE 2009 Selection Process:

Veterinary entrance exam is held on every year in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates of different states i.e. Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and others can apply for this exam.
