The Admission Committee examines the application and if the student is eligible an offer letter
is sent within a few days. If there are any queries or additional documents are required, the
student or representative will be contacted and if the college is then satisfied, an offer letter
will be sent. The college may suggest alternative course(s) for any students deemed unsuitable
for the desired programme. Any such offer will be communicated to the student/representative
within 48 hours of receipt of the application.
Once the representative receives the offer letter, which includes a letter to the student
confirming their place on the course and the conditions of acceptance, the student should make
out a bank draft payable to London Graduate School of Management for the agreed course fee.
This should be handed to the representative or college before applying for a student visa.
Students must produce a copy of the receipt for fees paid at time of visa application. A copy of
the bank draft should be faxed or emailed to the college to obtain a receipt. The student will
not receive the offer letter to apply for a visa until fees are paid.
When the student successfully obtains the visa, the agent/representative sends the draft to the
college. If the visa is rejected, the refusal letter, original offer/acceptance letter, copy of
passport and other documents should be sent to the college and a refund will be made,
provided all documents and reasons are genuine and in agreement with refund policy, less the
£25 administration charge. College representatives are not authorised to return any drafts
without the college seeing proof of rejection of any student visa. The representative is liable for
payment of all fees if it the college finds that the refund was made without any refusal letter or
if the student was rejected on false grounds.
Once the student obtains a visa all fees become non-refundable. The college refund policy
should be read in detail. Policies on payment are clearly displayed on the offer letter and all
other documents. All fees should be sent to the college prior to the student’s arrival. All
deferrals of courses must be made in writing and approved by the college. If you would like any
further information please contact the Admissions Office on +44 (0) 207 323 5244 or email
