Who is qualified to apply for the EMBA?

Students

Candidates must normally have an honours degree or a three or
four year degree with a basic knowledge of management. The first
degree does not need to be particularly subject-related as long as
the student can demonstrate his/her need for change. No work
experience is required.

Candidates who are not native English speakers must speak
English well enough to follow the courses efficiently. This
normally requires a minimum IELTS score of 6.5. The college has
a very good high quality Masters Qualifying Program (MQP) of 6
months or one academic year where additional development in
English is required. In addition to the compulsory courses,
students must follow the optional courses in European
Management and the Specialisation programs.

The EMBA program will prepare students for employment as
Executive Managers in either English-speaking or multinational
companies, particularly those interested in the European markets,
or joint venture companies in their home country. Our track record
suggests most successful graduates will take up a management
position in a joint venture company.

The EMBA offers a particular knowledge of institutions, law

three different trimesters: The International Management

Eligibility Conditions: Pass in 12th class of 10+2 pattern or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics (including practical) provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. The Amity Institute of Biotechnology (AIB) possesses the most modern infrastructure in terms of laboratories for plant and animal tissue culture, microbiology, biochemical techniques and molecular biology, equipment, library, experimental nursery, etc. B.Sc. in Biotechnology is a 3-year Degree Course with two subsidiary (elective) subjects, Chemistry and Botany.
The curriculum is based on an upgraded syllabus prepared by the University Grants Commission (UGC). It has been designed to provide, besides classroom and laboratory instructions, ample scope for specific hands-on training at recognised industrial and academic centres of repute through project assignments.
Strong on-campus inputs will be provided by the Amity Business School and Amity Institute of Information Technology for entrepreneurship development and Bioinformatics.
