Current Scenario: 
Physiotherapy, or Physical Therapy, is a profession concerned with the assessment, maintenance, and restoration of the physical function and performance of the body. It is a distinct form of care that can be provided in isolation or in conjunction with other types of medical management. Used in conjunction with certain medical or surgical techniques, physiotherapy can complement these techniques to help provide a speedy and complication-free return to normal activity.

Physiotherapy can be useful in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of injuries, diseases processes, and other conditions including sports injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic airways disease, back and neck pain, postural problems, rehabilitation following cardiac surgery, stroke rehabilitation, occupational injuries, arthritis, asthma management etc.

A common misconception is that physiotherapists only deal with injuries to backs, necks, joints, muscles and other ’sports’ type injuries. While many physios certainly do treat these types of conditions, there are other areas in which physiotherapists are trained and can help you.

Eligibility Conditions: Pass in 12th class of 10+2 pattern or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology (including practical) provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. Candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core or elective) in the qualifying examination.

The MQP is a unique English language and
academic course which gives students the English
language skills required to achieve a level of
IELTS 6.5 or more for Masters level entrance. The
course focuses on study skills and the basic
management skills for entrance onto a
postgraduate programme.

This one-year programme is designed for

General English

The General English language course is for students who want to
improve their ability in everyday English. The course involves
practice in speaking, listening, reading and writing, together with
grammar and pronunciation. The main emphasis is on developing
fluency in practical communication.

The college is open throughout the year and students can start
courses on any Monday. All students are initially tested and
interviewed by the Director of the Language Faculty and placed in
a class at the right level. Classes are Monday to Friday, 15 hours
per week, or 30 hours per week on an intensive programme. The
college also offers IELTS preparatory classes, which are highly
recommended for students who wish to progress to University
degree programmes.
We specialise in all-inclusive group programmes where the mornings are spent on general
English and the afternoons on practical use of English. Classroom activities are integrated
with educational visits and a social programme to encourage students to practice their
communication skills. We also provide tailor-made courses for groups and one-to-one classes
for specific purposes.
Foundation Diploma in Academic English and Business Management

This is a foundation course designed to raise the student’s academic standard in preparation
for undergraduate level study. The course aims to broaden the student’s experience of the
English Language at an Advanced level. The key areas of focus are listening, speaking and
personal presentation. The qualification includes IELTS. An IELTS level of 5.5 is the normal
requirement for progression onto one of our undergraduate degree programmes. The course
can last up to 12 months, depending on the individual student’s rate of progress.
